Review our policies:

• Payment Policy:  We require 50% of the higher end of the estimate on the date of admission and also require the full amount due at the time of discharge. We accept check, debit/credit card, cash, and approved CareCredit accounts.
• Visitation Policy: Mon-Sun 10:00 am - 5:00 pm, for 30-minute intervals. Please check in at the reception desk upon arrival.
• Medical Information Release: We are only authorized to provide medical updates on horses to authorized people such as owners and authorized agents for owners. We value and respect privacy for our clientele. 
• Contagious Disease/Isolation Facilities: We do not offer a full isolation facility here at CRES and so cannot admit certain cases. This policy is set in place to protect horses in the hospital and limit the outbreak of disease. If your horse has a fever (>102.0F), diarrhea (loose or watery manure), or high fever with nasal discharge, please have your veterinarian call our hospital (516-488-4510) to discuss the possibility of admission. In the event we cannot accommodate you, we will make every effort to help coordinate a suitable alternative.
