Request a Visit

In addition to nursing home, special education, and Hospicare or hospital facility visits which occur regularly, Cornell Companions volunteers also make special visits to groups at Cornell University, Ithaca College and other groups within the greater Ithaca area.

Visit Details:

• Requestors should familiarize themselves with our Mission and Goals section before contacting ccompanions@cornell.edu to schedule the visit.
• Priority is given to requests from libraries and departments, etc., rather than houses.
• Visits typically last one hour. 
• Visits should finish by 8 PM.
• Visits should be requested at least six months in advance of the preferred visit date.
• Scheduling is finalized once a completed application form has been received by the director.
