About Us

The Cornell Equine Park has been helping to teach veterinary students about all things equine for over 40 years. Covering 165 acres of rolling farmland a short distance from the Cornell University Hospital for Animals, the Park is staffed and equipped to accommodate a variety of breeding and foaling services.

The Park has a 62-stall main barn, separate breeding shed with a phantom mount for stallions for semen collection, and a separate broodmare barn with stocks for performing breeding and reproductive procedures. The rolling pastures have run-in sheds for cover. The setting is picturesque and makes for an amazing learning lab for veterinary students.
