Billing Information
Invoicing
The billing system will issue a new invoice number each month regardless of the nature of the balance.
Payments
Payments are the responsibility of the submitting veterinarian. The submitter is financially responsible for all requested testing and for testing added to the original submission that is necessary to reach a diagnosis.
Charges are billed on a monthly invoice. The AHDC only bills when testing for a submission has been finalized.
Payment can be made via credit card, check or cash. The AHDC accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Credit card and Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments can be managed through the AHDC's online portal.

Paper Checks and Cash
Please remit payments to the following address:
Animal Health Diagnostic Center
PO Box 6491
Ithaca NY 14851-6491
Return the top third of the invoice with payment and reference the account or invoice number on the check to ensure proper credit to the account.
Note: Sending payments to the AHDC Courier or USPS address rather than to the PO Box address will delay processing. The PO Box address is to be used ONLY for remitting payments. Please DO NOT submit samples to this PO Box address as it will delay testing.
