As of January 1, 2021 antibody titers for all SN tests moved from being reported as a serum dilution 50% endpoint value, to being reported as final dilutions or endpoint titers. The final dilution endpoint titer is consistent with the reporting system used by most diagnostic laboratories across the country. This change will facilitate inter-laboratory titer comparisons and SN interpretations as it will eliminate 50% endpoint antibody titers (i.e. 3, 6, 12, etc) from our result reports.
