Four new quick order forms available

 

Four new quick-order forms are now available for some of our most commonly requested tests, providing a streamlined, easy-to-use system that will save you time when placing an order.

  • BVDACE (bovine) – Antigen Capture ELISA for detection of bovine viral diarrhea virus
  • Endocrinology (equine) for ACTH, leptin, insulin, glucose, T3, T4 or thyroid panels
  • Histopathology (canine, equine, feline)
  • Lyme disease (canine, equine)

Log in to your portal account, navigate to Create Order and choose your test. Each form will ask you a different set of questions based on the needs of your submission.

The online general order form has also been updated and improved, making the digital form more user friendly and streamlining the screen.
