Well-being
Working or studying at CVM is a fulfilling and rewarding experience, but sometimes life can be challenging. Reaching out to someone can help. In addition to talking with your trusted friends, family and mentors, our dedicated staff can help you find the resources you need and offer caring support.
If you are in crisis, call 911 or call Cornell Health (available 24/7) and identify the situation as an emergency.
Additional 24/7 supports for students, faculty and staff, including national hotlines, text and chat services can be found on Cornell's 24-7-help page.
