AHDC Update: New 'Alert the Lab' feature available

Save yourself a phone call by using our new Alert the Lab function — an easy, efficient way to make changes to an accession, conveniently located within your client portal.

There are two ways to ‘Alert the Lab’ about changes to an accession:

  • Click ‘Modify’ next to your Tests in Progress list
  • or ‘Modify’ next to your list of Results by Accession
