Research Interest

I am a board-certified veterinary anatomic pathologist with a passion for disease investigation in captive zoo species and free-ranging wildlife. By applying knowledge of disease pathogenesis and advanced molecular diagnostics, I aim to identify and characterize classic and novel disease conditions. My primary objective is to positively impact the global health and biodiversity of wildlife through the diagnosis and research of animal disease.
