Burroughs Wellcome Fund will be sponsoring the 7th National Colloquium for Combined DVM-PhD Biomedical Scientists to be held in San Juan, Puerto Rico, August 2-3 2023. The Colloquium aims to develop strong ties between DVM-PhD training programs nationwide and promote the value of veterinary scientists. This year’s program will be highly intertwined with the Veterinary Scholars Symposium (VSS), being held at the same time (Aug 3-6, 2023) and in the same venue in San Juan. Our desire is for Combined DVM-PhD students to interact with their VSS Program colleagues to showcase the value and intricacies of biomedical graduate education for DVMs.
