A team from the Cornell Maddie’s Shelter Medicine Program along with volunteers will be providing three MASH style high-quality, high-volume spay neuter clinics in Cabo Rojo Puerto Rico as part of a coalition of 23 organizations led by the Humane Society of the United States.
