The aim of this study will be to assess the benefits of a moderate protein, phosphorus restricted, sodium restricted and a high long chain omega three fatty acid diet on parameters of renal failure in dogs with IRIS stage I and II disease over a 6 month period of time when compared to a traditional commercial dry diet utilized for the treatment of kidney disease.
