Biography

Rebecca McOnie earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. After four years on the Canadian Prairies, she was elated to spend a year in the heat working as a Rotating Equine Intern at Arizona Equine, outside of Phoenix, Arizona. She then moved to upstate New York where she completed a three-year residency in Large Animal Surgery at Cornell University.
