On Saturday, Feb. 11, the College of Veterinary Medicine hosted the Fourth Annual HSVMA Spay Day. With the support of Maddie’s ® Shelter Medicine Program faculty and staff, as well as veterinarians from across the college, veterinary students spayed or neutered 50 cats owned by members of the greater Ithaca community.

This is an entirely student-organized event, supervised by college faculty. Organizers included Emily Bono, Alyssa Cote, Danielle Ferriola, Younjin Han, Remy Kuck, Ambrielle Machuca, Casey McCabe and Faith Slubowski.
