VetMed Resource – 1-year trial in 2010-2011

The College of Veterinary Medicine at Cornell University is participating in a trial program which provides free access to VetMed Resource (VMR) for its recently qualified DVM graduates. With support from Pfizer, six colleges of veterinary medicine are included in this trial.

VetMed Resource is produced by CABI , a non-profit international organization based in U.K.. While its strength is coverage of the health and productivity of food animals, it brings together all of the veterinary information from the CAB Abstracts database and the encyclopedic Animal Health and Production Compendium, review articles, news, and veterinary events in one source. It also includes free online full-text papers and articles from a number of conference proceedings and selected journals. All areas of veterinary medicine are covered, including companion animals, exotics, food animals, and equines.

Recent graduates should have received a mailing with instructions and password for unlimited access of this resource through May 1, 2011.

If you are a 2008, 2009, or 2010 Cornell DVM graduate and did not get your password or need more information about this trial or VetMed Resource in general, please contact Reference Services by email:
