The Cornell Feline Health Center was founded by Frederick W. Scott DVM, Ph.D. in 1974. Since that time, the Center has set the standard for education, outreach, and the support of research focused on issues affecting feline health, and we continue to do so today.

Fred Scott Symposium

The Fred Scott Feline Symposium is an annual conference held at the Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine. Now in its 27th year, this meeting is organized and funded by the Cornell Feline Health Center, and provides veterinary practitioners, students, and technicians with the opportunity to continue their education in feline medicine through cutting edge seminars and interactive sessions presented by invited experts in basic and clinical sciences from around the world.
