Residency Program

Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine is a leader in the training of veterinarians to conduct research. A list of the internships available at the Cornell Hospital for Animals can be found on the hospital web site

If you would like to participate in one of the residency programs that offers a graduate degree opportunity (listed below), consult the director of the specific program and apply to the Biological and Biomedical Sciences Graduate Program / Field of Comparative Biomedical Sciences, indicating the Residency Program in your personal statement. Admission into a residency program does not guarantee acceptance into the graduate program; your application must be deemed admissible to the field. Applications are only accepted once per academic year; the application deadline is December 1 for admission to the following academic year.
